Aetna - For All Care Outside of the APPO Service Area

For the $2,500 Aetna PPO and $3,400 Aetna HDHP plans, Aetna is your primary network.
For the $2,500 PPO and $3,400 HDHP plans, Aetna is your Tier 2 network when you are outside the America’s PPO service area.
